Unwind and Recharge at the Salt Foundation’s Drop-In and Relax

Feeling overwhelmed by the week’s stress? Take a break and prioritize your well-being at the Salt Foundation’s Drop-In and Relax program! Every Friday at 10:00 am, we offer a welcoming space at two locations for you to unwind, de-stress, and connect with yourself and others.


  • The Well: 7 Tarakan St, Heidelberg West
  • Asha House: Suite 1, 18/20 Skye Rd, Frankston

Drop-In and Relax provides a variety of activities and resources to help you relax and recharge, including:

  • Relaxation techniques: Learn guided meditation, mindfulness exercises, and gentle stretches to calm your mind and body.
  • Creative expression: Explore art therapy, journaling, or other creative outlets to process emotions and foster self-discovery.
  • Social connection: Chat with others in a supportive environment, share experiences, and build a sense of community.
  • Quiet space: Simply relax in a comfortable space, read a book, or enjoy some quiet time for reflection.
