Feeling stuck? Maybe you’re unsure about decisions, disconnected from friends, or unsure where to begin. We get it and we’re here to help. You have dreams. You want confidence, independence, and people who show up when they say they will. That’s what our NDIS Capacity Building Supports are all about.
We help you with your NDIS paperwork, manage NDIS systems, learn skills at your pace, and reconnect with your community. Our support workers will connect you with groups where you can learn alongside people who understand what you’re facing.
Take Moiz. He once felt limited by vision loss. Now he runs a YouTube channel and swims weekly.
You deserve that too. Support that listens. Support that empowers. Support that believes in your potential. You matter. Your goals matter. Let’s help you wake up feeling confident, excited, and ready for what’s next.

At The SALT Foundation, our NDIS Core Supports focus on three essentials that help you live life on your terms: Assistance with Daily Life, Participant Transport, and Social and Community Engagement.  Â
Whether you need support managing your daily routines at home, safe and reliable transport to get out and about, or assistance connecting with local groups and social activities, our team is here to help you build independence and stay connected. Where needed, we can also support you with additional daily tasks like household cleaning, gardening, and Supported Independent Living (SIL).
You know what makes all the difference? Having someone in your corner. Someone who shows up. Someone who listens. Someone who believes you can achieve your goals even when you’re having doubts.
That’s what our NDIS support workers do. And honestly, they’re pretty amazing people.
We hire people who are reliable and stay. In a field where staff come and go, our team sticks around. They learn your story, build real relationships, and become someone you can count on. That means you don’t have to keep starting over. You grow with someone who remembers your progress and believes in your potential.
We keep training our team so they’re always getting better at supporting you. Our NDIS support workers see your abilities, not your limitations. They celebrate your progress, no matter how small it might seem to others. You deserve people who show up reliably and treat you with respect. You deserve someone in your corner who’s genuinely invested in your success.

Hear from those who trust us with their care: stories of confidence regained, new friendships formed, and goals achieved — all thanks to the dedicated team at The Salt Foundation.
When I lost my vision, I thought my active life was over. But with SALT Foundation, I’ve done more than I ever imagined—swimming at Brighton Beach, filming at Melbourne Zoo for my YouTube channel, and so much more. What sets SALT apart is how well their support workers understand me. They keep me safe while empowering me to live fully and chase my dreams. Disability doesn’t mean limitation—and I’m really glad I found SALT.
I’ve been with SALT for almost eight years—and it’s because of the amazing community. We do so many great things together: monthly bowling, bushwalking, two days of cooking each week, and even run an op shop for people making Delia. The community dinners are a highlight too. If you're looking for a provider that truly cares and brings people together, check out SALT. You won’t regret it.
I’ve been with SALT for almost a year. I love coming here—it’s such a friendly place where I can meet new people and enjoy doing art. The team is truly wonderful. I’ve known Catherine for years, and working with her has always been a joy. And Roger helped me exhibit one of my artworks, which meant so much to me. SALT really brings out the best in people.
I’ve been with SALT for six years, and what stands out most is the consistency. I always have the same amazing worker who truly understands my needs and gets everything done. That kind of support means the world.
