Everyone deserves a place to belong. That’s why we open our doors every month for a free community dinner where connection happens over a shared meal.
No barriers. No cost. Just good food and great company.

Our community dinner happens on the last Friday of each month from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. It’s become a highlight for many in our community—a chance to slow down, share stories, and build friendships that matter.
All keys to stronger mental health.
The food is delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming. And the connections you’ll make? They’re priceless.

A warm welcome. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel at home. Our team and volunteers are ready to greet you with a smile.
A delicious meal. We serve up tasty, hearty food that brings people together. Dietary requirements? Just let us know when you book.
Genuine connection. This isn’t just about eating—it’s about belonging. You’ll meet people living with disability, support workers, families, and neighbours who all call this community home.
Fun and laughter. Whether it’s swapping stories, playing games, or simply enjoying each other’s company, there’s always something to smile about.

You don’t need to be a SALT participant to join us. You don’t need to be a support worker. You don’t need to know anyone.
You just need to show up.
