Housing Options We Can Connect You With

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)

Purpose-built housing designed for people with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. SDA is the physical dwelling itself, funded separately from your support services.

Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA)

Temporary housing for up to 90 days while you transition between living situations. Perfect if you need time to find your permanent home.

Short-Term Accommodation (STA) or Respite

Short breaks away from your usual living arrangements, giving both you and your carers a rest. Usually funded for a few days to a few weeks.

Group Homes

Shared living with other people with disabilities, where support is provided in a communal setting.

Supported Independent Living That Feels Like Home

When you partner with us for SIL support, we’re there to provide the in-home support you need in a timely and friendly manner.The initial settling-in period is vital. You’re getting familiar with new housemates, a new area, and a new routine. We’re with you through those crucial first weeks and months.Once you’re settled, it’s smooth sailing. Our team becomes part of your everyday life—supporting your independence while building genuine community.
